Upperclassmen Housing There are a number of housing options for upperclassman students, including Briggs and Lewis apartments, Wayne Street apartments, as well as three sets of townhouses (Warde, Lewis, and 41st Street). The standard Briggs and Lewis apartment is a quad – though there are a limited number of triples. All Wayne Street apartments are quads.
