Sara Finchio-English graduated from Tri-State Business Institute in Erie, PA with a diploma in Practical Nursing (PN) and obtained her PN license in 2005. She earned her associate degree in Nursing and a bachelor's degree in Nursing from Mercyhurst University. She went on to earn her master's degree in 2021 with a specialty in Integrative Nursing Leadership. Sara is nationally board certified as a Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB) and as a Holistic Nurse Board Certified (HN-BC) through the American Holistic Nurses Credentialing Corporation (AHNCC). She is the Chapter Leader of the Lake Erie Chapter of the American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA). Sara is also the Advisor for the Holistic Nursing Club (HNC) through the Recognized Student Clubs and Organizations (RSCOs) at Mercyhurst University.  
 
Sara is also currently employed at Bayada Pediatrics, Erie, PA. Her passion is providing hands-on care to pediatric clients with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or other chronic conditions and their families in their homes and in community-based services. Aside from that, in the community, Sara volunteers with the Northwestern Youth Wrestling nonprofit organization in various activities and events to promote childhood overall mental and physical health and well-being.  
 
Outside of work, Sara loves spending time with her family, watching her sons compete in wrestling tournaments and her daughter participate in recreational competitive cheerleading. She also enjoys being outdoors, hiking, immersing herself in nature, and forest bathing.
