Liliana Henriquez is an Adjunct Professor of Applied Intelligence in Mercyhurst University’s Ridge College. She is also an active-duty Lieutenant Colonel Air Force Intelligence Officer currently stationed at the US Embassy Bogota, Colombia, where she serves as the Director of Operations for the 474 Expeditionary Operational Support Squadron. She received her commission to the Air Force in 2001 as a graduate of the Reserve Officer Training Program (ROTC) at Tulane University. She has served in a variety of operational-strategic joint assignments to include the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and National Security Agency (NSA). She served as a Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff instructor teaching Joint Targeting and is currently an adjunct instructor for the DIA. Most recently she served as the Chief of Targets and Deputy Director of the Intelligence Operations Division in the US Southern Command Headquarters. She also has varying levels of proficiency in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, and Russian languages. She was recently selected as a Language Enabled Airman Program (LEAP) scholar under the Air Force Culture and Language Center (AFCLC). She has deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and to the Embassy Intelligence Fusion Center (EIFC) Bogota, Colombia.
