Our Spring Dining Series 2026 includes an international menu crafted by our Hospitality Management students on the following dates:

  • Thursday, March 26 - New Orleans
  • Thursday, April 9 - Germany
  • Thursday, April 16 - Italy
  • Thursday, April 23 - France
  • Thursday, April 30 - Caribbean

All dinners have seating between 5 and 5:30 p.m.
