Our Spring Dining Series 2026 includes an international menu crafted by our Hospitality Management students on the following dates:
- Thursday, March 26 - New Orleans
- Thursday, April 9 - Germany
- Thursday, April 16 - Italy
- Thursday, April 23 - France
- Thursday, April 30 - Caribbean
All dinners have seating between 5 and 5:30 p.m.
