Alumni - Alumni Award Nomination Form
Dear Mercyhurst Alumni,
As the Vice Chair of the Alumni Board, part of my role is to solicit and chair the Committee for Alumni Awards. This tradition has been part of Mercyhurst since 1968. Nominees will be celebrated this fall at Hurst is Homecoming! You can submit your nominee electronically via the form below.
Previous award recipients can be viewed here, and we thank you for taking the time and opportunity to recognize a peer, mentor, friend, or colleague who represents the spirit of the Mercy tradition. If you have previously nominated a candidate and they were not selected, please feel free to re-submit with any additional data.
The award categories are:
- Outstanding achievement in a chosen field
- Outstanding service to Mercyhurst University
- Outstanding service to his/her community
- Outstanding Young Alumnus (a graduate of no more than 15 years)
- Sister Carolyn Herrmann Award (extraordinary/exceptional achievement)
