ALUMNI AWARD NOMINATION FORM

Dear Mercyhurst Alumni,

As the vice chair of the Alumni Board, part of my role is to solicit and chair the Committee for Alumni Awards. This tradition has been part of Mercyhurst since 1968. For the last four years the alumni award ceremony is part of Reunion Weekend in June. Every year we have built on the success of the prior reunion weekend. We continue to make changes to improve this event every year. We are soliciting early this year to ensure that recipients are given enough time to plan accordingly and to give them the recognition in our reunion weekend information materials. You can submit your nominee electronically via the form below.

Previous award recipients can be viewed here and we thank you for taking the time and opportunity to recognize a peer, mentor, friend, or colleague who represents the spirit of the Mercy tradition. If you have previously nominated a candidate and they were not selected, please feel free to re-submit with any additional data.

The award categories are:

1. Outstanding achievement in a chosen field
2. Outstanding service to Mercyhurst University
3. Outstanding service to his/her community
4. Outstanding Young Alumnus (a graduate of no more than 15 years)
5. Sister Carolyn Herrmann Award (extraordinary/exceptional achievement).
