Timeless Traditions

Hurst Day

Our newest campus tradition, Hurst Day arrives unexpectedly every fall, heralded by bagpipes. Hurst Day surprises students, faculty, and staff with an entire day of games, contests, music, food, and community spirit. Join in the celebration, whenever it may occur!

Homecoming

Experience the best of Hurst athletics as our football team competes against a hometown rival. We invite you back to an atmosphere that celebrates Laker Pride, the Mercyhurst community, and nostalgia for your college days. Reunite with classmates and professors, and network with current students and athletes.

Reunion Weekend

Mercyhurst alumni of all generations gather for this celebration in early June. There's no better way to reminisce about your days on the Hill than connecting with other Lakers and exploring today's Mercyhurst. Celebrating our 60th, 50th, 40th, 25th, 10th and 5th reunions for each class.

Erie Community

Volunteer

The Mercy Mission comes alive in the work of our students and graduates, inspiring them to lead lives of civic engagement. If you’re interested in serving in a volunteer capacity at Mercyhurst, there are opportunities for grads to contribute in the Office of Admissions, Campus Involvement Center, or Career Development Center. You can also give back to the Mercyhurst and Erie communities through volunteering with our Service Learning initiatives. For more information on volunteering, please contact Lindsay Frank at lfrank@mercyhurst.edu or 814-824-2330.
