Congratulations, new Lakers! You did it! You’ve made it through college applications and set yourself on the road to a bright future at Mercyhurst. For more than 90 years, Mercyhurst students and graduates have been leaders in their fields, dedicated to making a positive impact in the world. All that’s left are a few quick steps to officially join our vibrant and diverse Mercyhurst community. Welcome to the Laker family!

Confirm Your Spot Today

This is the most important step. Once it’s done, you can relax, knowing that come fall, there’s a place just for you at Mercyhurst. Please complete your Intent to Enroll form and submit your $250 (non-refundable) enrollment deposit, and you’ll be all set! You can do so either online through your Admissions Portal or by mail.

Confirm Online

Confirming your enrollment to save your place at Mercyhurst is a two-step process that occurs through your Admissions Portal.

First, you will need to formally accept your Offer of Admission. Then you will need to submit your enrollment deposit.

To confirm your Offer of Admission:

  1. Log in to your Admissions Portal. You will see a Status Update informing you of your acceptance to Mercyhurst. Click on the link to view your acceptance letter.
  2. When you return to your Admissions Portal, you will see a Forms heading. Under it, you will see the option to “Reply to Offer Of Admission.” When you click that link, you will be prompted to either accept or decline the Offer of Admission. (We hope you choose to accept!) Either way, you need to type your full, legal name to confirm, and then click “submit.”

To submit your enrollment deposit:

  1. After you’ve accepted the Offer of Admission, when you return to your Admissions Portal, you will see you have a payment due for your $250 enrollment deposit. Click on the link and add your payment information to submit your deposit.
  2. If you pay by credit card, your deposit will be credited within minutes. If you pay via a checking account, the payment will clear in about five business days. You’ll receive an email – which serves as your official receipt – when we receive the payment.
