Robert is as an assistant professor in the Cyber Security program. He spent 25 years employed with the Pennsylvania State Police as a State Trooper, the final 17 years in the computer crime unit in Western Pennsylvania. He was a supervisor within the unit for 14 years where he conducted digital forensic examinations as well as technical investigations dealing with computer crime. In 2014, he was named the supervisor of the State Police’s Network Intrusion team, tasked with investigating and prosecuting any crimes against state government-owned networks. He earned his master’s degree in Information Technology with a concentration on Digital Forensics in 2017.
