Arthur H. Mills II is assistant professor of intelligence studies at Mercyhurst University. He served as a US Department of State Foreign Service Officer for 22 years, with overseas postings in Latin America, Africa, Europe, and South Asia, as well as assignments in the State Department’s Bureau of Intelligence and Research, where he specialized in terrorism analysis. Professor Mills joined the Mercyhurst  Intelligence Studies program in 2005.
