After graduating from Mercyhurst University, Allyson went to expand her hospitality experience in food service by working for Marriott International in Lexington, KY. She returned to Erie to work in health care food service for the Allegheny Health Network, before joining Mercyhurst as full-time faculty in 2012. She brings over ten years of hospitality experience to our students and also is the faculty advisor to our Hospitality Management Association and student chapter of PCMA-Power Conference.
