Pennsylvania art educators from grade K through college will exhibit works in all media in this juried exhibit, co-sponsored by the Pennsylvania Art Education Association with the Mercyhurst Art Department. The juror will be Yuha Jung, art educator and museum scholar. Jung received a B.A. in painting in South Korea, an M.A. in museum studies from Syracuse University, and a Ph.D. in art education from Penn State, with emphasis on museum education and management. The exhibit will be on display in the Cummings Art Gallery, located in the lobby of the Mary D’Angelo Performing Arts Center, from Nov. 10 through Jan. 4. The artists will be honored at a reception on Saturday, Nov. 15, from 2 to 4 p.m. The show is free and open to the public weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 pm. and weekends from 2 to 5 p.m. (closed Nov. 24-30 for holiday break).
