On-Campus Recruiting

The on-campus recruiting program at Mercyhurst College has enjoyed local, regional and national success. Employers are given special treatment: being offered the use of a spacious, private interviewing room, a pre-arranged student interview schedule of qualified candidates and an elegant lunch with members of the faculty and administration. Companies may choose fall, winter or spring dates to recruit on Mercyhurst's impressive campus. This program is the most effective way to reach current seniors seeking entry-level positions. Our commitment to quality service is accented by a touch of class for all on-campus recruiters. We guarantee once you come, you will want to return.

You may want to also consider the following:

1. Attend our Career/Job Fair each November. Discuss full-time jobs and internships at the fair and let students know you'll be doing on-campus interviews on a specific date. For more information on the career/job fair visit the career/job fair page or contact Dolores Griswold at (814) 824-2427.
2. Place Mercyhurst College-Office of Career Services on your Job Vacancy Mailing or e-mail us with your information. We will match available student qualifications and experiences with prerequisites detailed and forward credentials directly to you. 3. Participation in our Cooperative Education/Internship Program. More than 3,500 students have been placed in academically credible work experiences; 40% have been permanently retained by their employers as a result of our student/employer match.
