Upperclassmen Housing

There are a number of housing options for upperclassman students, including Briggs and Lewis apartments, Wayne Street apartments, as well as three sets of townhouses (Warde, Lewis, and 41st Street). The standard Briggs and Lewis apartment is a quad – though there are a limited number of triples. All Wayne Street apartments are quads. The Warde and Lewis townhouses each house six students, while the East 41st Street townhouses each house four to five students.

The Upperclassman Area offers upperclassmen students the option to live together. Some of the apartments are conveniently located by the Audrey Hirt Academic Center as well as the Center for Academic Engagement. Other apartments on the east edge of campus are located near a handful of fast food restaurants and a CVS Pharmacy within walking distance.
