Cuisines from around America and around the world will be on the menu when Mercyhurst University hospitality management students present their Fall Dining Series.
All meals will be served in the J.W. and Alice Marriott Café in Mercyhurst’s Center for Academic Engagement, a working classroom for the students who plan, prepare and serve the dinners. Meals are open to the public at a cost of just $10 per person plus tax.
There’s something for every taste, from “Americana” (which opens the series on Monday, Sept. 15, and will be repeated on Oct. 13) to “Marvillosa Comida” (Friday, Oct. 24, and Monday, Nov. 17).
Meals are served between 5:15 and 5:45 p.m. on most Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays Sept. 15 through Nov. 19. Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance of each meal by calling 824-2565.
