Biology major nets EPA grant for pollution studies | September 29, 2008

Mercyhurst College junior biology major Adam Olszewski has been awarded a $35,000 grant from the Environmental Protection Agency to study cladophera, the nuisance algae that collects on the shoreline of Presque Isle and has been thought to be a reservoir for E. coli and other potentially harmful bacteria.
