Plain Dealer - MUNE student Noldon Starks

"Outcast," a 10-minute film written and co-directed by Noldon Starks, a student at Mercyhurst's North East campus, will be shown twice as part of the Ohio Shorts Program at the Cleveland International Film Festival.  Starks, a 2012 graduate of Shaker Heights High School, is working on an associate degree in communication.
