North East campus slates spring lunch series

The Culinary & Wine Institute of Mercyhurst University – The North East Campus has just announced its Spring 2013 Lunch Series, set to begin Monday, March 25, with a French-inspired meal. In addition to foreign cuisine from Germany, Italy and the Mediterranean, student chefs will also introduce you to regional cuisine from New Orleans and New England.

Lunches, which are paired with a wine, are $9 per person (includes tax) and are held at the Lake View Country Club, 8351 Station Rd. (Rt. 89) in North East, or at Stone Chapel dining room on the North East campus. Please check the menu for locations. Seating begins at 11:30 a.m., with lunch served at noon.
