Collegiate Challenge here Oct. 18

Mercyhurst University, winner of last year’s WQLN Collegiate Challenge, will join other colleges and universities in the region to raise money for public radio during the annual fundraiser, during which WQLN (91.3 FM) will broadcast live from the Great Room of the Carolyn Herrmann Student Union on Thursday, Oct. 18, from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Pledges are already being accepted online and via the pledge line at 866-5454.

You can advance Mercyhurst by pledging now, or wait to show your support on Mercyhurst’s pledge day when faculty and administrators will man the air waves and students will staff the phone lines in the union.

Following is the schedule of on-air talent for Mercyhurst’s day:
6-7 a.m. – Rob Hoff
7-8 a.m. – Mary Ann Owoc
8-9 a.m. – Tom Gamble
9-10 a.m. – Joe Morris
10-11 a.m. – Noelle Partusch
11-noon – Jamie Grady
Noon to 1 p.m. – Leanne Roberts
