Mercyhurst football is named ECAC D-II Team of the Year for 2012

ECAC DII Football Team
The Mercyhurst University football team has been named the 2012 Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division II Team of the Year as announced recently by the conference office.

The ECAC Team of the Year Award goes to the highest ranking ECAC member institution in the Lambert Meadowlands poll. By finishing fifth in the final 2012 Lambert poll, Mercyhurst earned the honor. It is the second time in three seasons (2010) that Mercyhurst has been the ECAC Division II Team of the Year.
