Bluff revegetation workshop sponsored by Mercyhurst

From 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, the Mercyhurst College biology department will host a bluff revegetation workshop in Zurn 114. The workshop is geared toward bluff property owners who will learn about the geology of Lake Erie bluffs, bluff erosion, and the impact of judicious landscaping and regular property maintenance. 

Speakers slated for the workshop include Dan Dahlkemper, landscape architect; Jim Cardman, zoning specialist; Bob Wisesner, city planning; Dr. Ray Buyce, geologist; Dr. Mike Campbell and Dr. Marlene Cross, biologists.
