Mercyhurst places 194 in internships

The Mercyhurst College Career Services Office placed 194 students in internships across 22 states during summer 2004, according to Robert Hvezda, director of career services and internship programs.

Hvezda reported that his staff supervised the placement of Mercyhurst Erie and North East students representing 33 majors. 

The students accepted positions at many prestigious organizations, among them Ballet Concerto, Westin Resorts, Walt Disney World, International Truck and Engine, Marriott Griffin Gate, Broadway Dance Center, Western Psychiatric Institute, Erie Insurance, Pompano Beach Club, National Park Service and the International Atomic Energy Agency.
