Winner of the 2014 Best R&B Performance Grammy and named to the iTunes "Best of 2012 Albums" in the jazz category, Snarky Puppy has gone from an underground secret to one of the most internationally respected names in instrumental music. Through raw funk, sensitive dynamics and a delicate mixture of composition and improvisation; Snarky Puppy has gained a reputation for putting on one of the most unique live experiences around. See them live at The Crooked i on Thursday, March 20, at 8 p.m. (Doors open at 7 p.m.) This tour engagement of Snarky Puppy is funded through the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation's Jazz Touring Network program with support from the National Endowment for the Arts.
