Brendan Minogue

Noted medical ethicist Brendan Minogue, Ph.D., will visit Mercyhurst on Thursday, Oct. 10, to discuss “Ethics and Technology: Dealing with Unforeseen Consequences.” His presentation, sponsored by the Evelyn Lincoln Institute for Ethics and Society, is set for 4 p.m. in the Mercy Heritage Room in Sullivan Hall. It is free and open to the public. Minogue will focus on the need for a firm ethical foundation to guide professional conduct with rapidly advancing technologies in the medical field. Read more.
