Sign Out Procedures

In order for the student to receive the full college experience of Foundations Program, we suggest that their time off campus throughout the three-week program be limited. Parents are more than welcome to visit with their child during their free time throughout the duration of the program. However, we ask that you refer to our Weekly Schedule which will be emailed to all parents and students at the beginning of each week. This will help in planning your visits so they do not conflict with scheduled activities.

If students must leave campus, please comply with our sign out procedure. A notebook will be available in the Main Lobby of Warde Hall. If you are taking your son or daughter off campus, please make certain to alert our staff in advance and complete the sign out book. A copy of our sign out page is included here for your review.

Although we encourage meaningful social relationships between Foundations participants, we must limit parents’ sign out privileges to their own child in order to guarantee the safety and whereabouts of all students during their stay.
