National Theatre Live: Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?

Sunday, November 12, 2017 - 1:00pm
Mary D'Angelo Performing Arts Center

In the early hours of the morning on the campus of an American college, Martha, much to her husband George’s displeasure, has invited the new professor and his wife to their home for some after-party drinks. As the alcohol flows and dawn approaches, the young couple is drawn into George and Martha’s toxic games until the evening reaches its climax in a moment of devastating truth-telling. Imelda Staunton and Conleth Hill star in James Macdonald’s new production of Edward Albee’s landmark play. See an encore presentation of the play from London’s Harold Pinter Theatre on Sunday, Nov. 12, at 12:55 p.m. in the Mary D’Angelo Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $18 for adults, $15 for seniors and students, and $10 for youths. Visit or call the box office at 814-824-3000 for tickets.
