Now in its 17th year, Raw Edges is a Mercyhurst dance tradition showcasing the cutting-edge choreography of students and guest artists. This year’s performance will feature the first movement of The Waldstein Sonata, the unfinished work by modern dance legend José Limón, and completed by Daniel Lewis of the José Limón Dance Foundation. Intermissions will include a “Talk Back” session, an opportunity for the audience to explore insights into the choreography with the choreographers. Always fresh and imaginative, Raw Edges will keep you at the edge of your seat.
Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for students and seniors and $5 for children 12 and younger and Mercyhurst students with ID. For tickets, call 814-824-3000 or visit miac.mercyhurst.edu.
