Relaxation Room

The Relaxation Room is a calm space to sit, reflect, and relax. It is designed to help students explore various resources for improving their emotional and physical health.

The Relaxation Room contains information and guided exercises on:
  • Muscle Relaxation
  • Meditation
  • Relaxation Imagery / Relaxation Sounds
  • Guided Imagery
  • Health & Well Being
  • Sleep Issues

The Relaxation Room is open for student use on Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. If you would like to reserve the room, please contact Becky 814.824.2431.
