Alumni - Planned Giving

A growing number of alumni and friends support the Mercyhurst University through financial or estate planning. These gifts are referred to as "planned gifts." Planned gifts may be of two types:

• Plans from your estate (bequests)
  • Wills or Living Trusts
  • Retirement Plans
  • Life Insurance
• Plans that pay you an income
  • Charitable Remainder Trusts

Notifying us of your gift does not obligate you or your estate in any way, it simply helps the university plan for its future.
