Two years later, she began teaching the nutrition classes as an adjunct at MNE, as well as the nutrition courses in Erie in 2004. Over the next four years, she also taught the culinary skills/meal management courses to the dietetic students in Erie from 2003 until 2007.
While teaching as an adjunct, Beth Ann completed her master's degree in adult education from Penn State University in 2006. Shortly after, she was hired full-time by MNE as the director of hospitality management and continues to teach all nutrition courses on both campuses.
