Hospitality Management

hospitality
A degree in hospitality management is all about options — we offer programs in food and beverage management, hotel management and event management. No matter the concentration, you’ll develop professionally through a balance of liberal arts studies and business courses, while honing essential skills, such as: leadership, critical thinking, communication and problem solving. Whether you want to manage a hotel, try your hand in the food and service industry or plan events, you’ll be prepared to graduate after experiencing our extensive hands-on learning approach. You’ll work alongside real chefs and managers in our commercially equipped food service and dining facility located in the Center for Academic Excellence. By the end of you senior year, you’ll have logged at least 240 industry-related practicum hours to prepare you for life outside of the classroom.
