Pre-Law Concentration

The Pre-Law concentration is designed for students who have an interest in judicial processes, legal research and writing, and civil and criminal investigations.  This concentration is encouraged for students who plan to go to law school.

Students will participate in a mock trial, where students take on the roles of prosecutors, defense attorneys, witnesses, defendants, victims, and jurors.

  • CRJS 335 Sociology of Law
  • CRJS 361 Psychology and the Law
  • CRJS 475/495 Co-op/internship or approved Criminal Justice electives (6 credits)*

*Students have the option of up to 6 credits of internship and/or electives
