Accounting Minor

Mercyhurst University offers an accounting minor for students interested in enhancing their chosen degree program by learning how to organize, track and invest finances for companies and organizations. This minor program would be a perfect addition to a business or degree, providing background in all levels of accounting, from basic to advanced, as well as tax and cost accounting.

Economics Minor

Students in virtually any major could benefit from Mercyhurst's economics minor. This minor enhances a number of different degree programs by providing courses in macro and microeconomics, giving students the international knowledge and skills to effectively manage businesses and organizations in today's global economy.

Economics minors should complete Math 109, Statistics, and Math 170, Calculus, as part of their Common and Distribution core requirements if they are considering graduate school.
