Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management
The Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management prepares professionals for human resources management and leadership roles in the private, non-profit and government sectors. The curriculum is especially well suited for those who wish to enter, or advance within human resources or personnel roles in small and medium-sized organizations, where professionals are expected to have a broad, "generalist" understanding of major human resources functions.
The 24 credit program can be completed during evenings and weekends. All students must demonstrate computer competency or meet the requirement by completing Computer Applications (MIS 101). Students may complete an optional internship (MGMT 475) to acquire practical work experience.

B.A. or B.S. degree with an overall GPA of at least 2.5.
Admissions Procedures
Have official college transcripts sent to the Office of Adult & Graduate Programs. Submit a completed Advanced Certificate Application, along with a $30 application fee**.
