Judith Stanley

jstanley Dr. Judith Stanley joined the Mercyhurst North East faculty in August, 2011 as director of the RN to BSN Completion Program. Dr. Stanley received a BA in Psychology from SUNY at Buffalo, a BSN and MSN from D’Youville College, and a Doctorate of Health Science (DHS) from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to coming to Mercyhurst North East, she was an associate professor of nursing and director of the graduate nursing programs at D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY. Her research focus is on palliative care and quality of life. She published an article “Pharmacological treatment of persistent atrial fibrillation in the older adult: Evidence-based practice” in the Journal of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, 23(2011). Her clinical expertise includes community health, infusion therapy, and complementary therapies
