Dr. Daniel McFee is Associate Professor and Department Chair of Religious Studies at Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania. He is also the co-director of the Evelyn Lincoln Institute for Ethics and Society at Mercyhurst College (ELIES). Dr. McFee publishes and lectures in the areas of science and religion, environmental ethics, and emerging technologies and ethics. He has published work in the Journal for the Study of Religion, Nature and Culture, the Journal of Religion, Theological Studies, Studies in Religion/Sciences Religious
, and other academic journals. Dr. McFee holds a B.A. in Modern History and Ancient Greek from Bowling Green State University, a M.Div. in Ethics from Duke University, postgraduate training from Durham University, and a Ph.D. in Religious and Ethics from Marquette University.
